These Terms and Conditions apply to bookings made directly through the Blue Palm Seafront Resort Phuket website and its online booking engine. For bookings made through Booking.com, Expedia or other platforms, the terms shown by that platform at the time of booking apply. By making a direct booking, the guest accepts the conditions set out below.
At the time of booking, you may choose one of the following options:
Pay a 30% deposit to confirm the booking. The remaining 70% balance is due at check-in.
Pay the full amount at the time of booking.
Amounts already paid are non-refundable in the event of cancellation, no-show or early departure.
For bookings confirmed with a 30% deposit, the remaining 70% balance is due at check-in if the guest proceeds with the stay.
Children of all ages are welcome. For rate purposes, children aged 9 and above are considered adults. Any supplements depend on room occupancy and room type and are indicated during booking or confirmed by the property.
Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not permitted on the premises.
Online bookings are made through a booking engine provided by IPMS247/eZee Technosys. The engine is used to transmit the data needed to complete the booking and payment. The applicable stay conditions are those set out on this page and during the booking process.
These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. The version applicable to a booking is the one accepted at the time of booking. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
